Onion (as required)
Tomatoes (as required)
Pineapple (as required)

Salt - 2 pinch
Black pepper pwd - 3 pinch
Mustard pwd - 2 pinch
Worcestire Sauce - 10 ml
Olive oil/Refined Oil - 10 ml
PREPARATION METHOD:
Mix the ingredients (A) with marinate
(B). Gently insert one after another in Shaslik sticks. Keep
for a while and grill on a hot plate by gently turning all the sides for
even grilling. Serve accompanied with desired sauce. |
